Welcome to LGBTAG

The goals of the LGBT Advisory Group are:

To participate in the Ames Equal Opportunity Board
To represent the LGBT community at Ames and to address issues and
policies relevant to supporting an inclusive and productive work environment

To cultivate a community of LGBT employees and supporters, and to
promote the acceptance of LGBT employees at Ames

To provide a safe forum for LGBT employees at Ames to bring forth
issues and concerns relevant to the LGBT community, individual LGBT

employees, and their families, and

To support Ames in valuing and maintaining a diverse workforce.

LGBT Advisory Group members meet on a monthly basis. Anyone who supports

the Group 's goals is welcomed to attend. The next Advisory Group meeting

will be in February. Please e-mail lupita.m.armendariz@nasa.gov for more

information, and/or to be placed on the group's confidential mailing list.
